Submission Types and Guidelines

Abstracts of 300 words may be submitted and presented in English, French or Spanish:

Individual Paper:	Individual papers will be 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes for questions and answers.
Self-organized Symposium:	Groups may propose 3 papers and a moderator around a common theme as a full session of 1.5 hours.
Poster Presentation:	Selected posters will be displayed; the presenters will have the opportunity to discuss their posters with attendees.
Short Paper:	Short papers presentation of 10 minutes duration for post-graduates (include school affiliation).
Workshop:	1.5 hours – must specify minimum and maximum numbers and space requirement. All workshop resources must be provided by the presenter.
